Taste the unique place each coffee comes from. We source from farms, cooperatives and regions across Africa and Central and South America, then roast in small batches to bring out what makes each origin its own. Pick a country to meet the people behind the coffee and shop what's fresh from there.

Harvest calendar

Coffee is a seasonal crop. Each origin harvests at a different time of year, and we buy and roast each one while it is fresh. When an origin is out of season, we wait for the next harvest instead of selling coffee past its best.

Africa

  • Ethiopia: harvest Oct to Jan.
  • Kenya: harvest Oct to Dec, second crop Apr to Jun, out of season.
  • Rwanda: harvest Mar to Jul, out of season.

Central America

  • El Salvador: harvest Nov to Mar.
  • Costa Rica: harvest Nov to Mar, out of season.
  • Guatemala: harvest Dec to Mar.
  • Panama: harvest Dec to Mar, out of season.

South America

  • Colombia: harvest Sep to Dec, second crop Apr to Jun.
  • Brazil: harvest May to Sep.
  • Ecuador: harvest May to Sep.
