Third generation coffee grower Fabian Rodriquez took possession of Finca Filadelfia thirty years ago, when his parents divided their land between Fabian and his siblings.  During this time, Fabian has refocused production towards specialty coffee with the goal of increasing his family's income.  With the help of InConexus, he's received environmental and technical training that have improved his farming techniques, and as a result, cup quality.  Fabian has also successfully experimented with introducing new varietes to Finca Filadelfia, including the elusive Pink Bourbon variety - a hybridization of red and yellow Bourbon.

From Finca Filadelfia, "this lot of Pink Bourbon features a floral aroma of apple blossom and honey. Fruity flavors of raspberry, cantaloupe, and lemonade lead into spiced cider and pomegranate. A bright acidity and buttery body carry into the aftertaste, sustained by a vanilla crème sweetness."
