Cascara Tea : Bolivia

Cascara is made from the skin of the coffee cherry that surrounds the coffee bean and has been sun-dried and gently aged. The tea is very low in caffeine, but very high in antioxidants and naturally sweet.

1) 18 grams of cascara tea

2) 300 grams of 200°F water.

3) Steep for 4 minutes

4) Remove tea from water

5) Enjoy!

Notes of: Citrus, green apple, and honey.
